Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
Join a fast-paced warehouse team where accuracy, organization, and attention to detail make a difference every day. As a Shipping Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly and on time. This hands-on position offers a variety of responsibilities, including preparing shipments, verifying product quality and quantities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and helping keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active throughout the day and takes pride in delivering quality work. Previous warehouse or shipping experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well independently and with a team are what matters most. This is an associate to hire opportunity on 1st shift.
Shipping Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to company standards
- Verify product quantities and quality before shipment
- Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and other required documentation
- Work with carriers to ensure timely pickup and delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed
- Follow safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe work environment
Shipping Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Frequent pushing, pulling, and stooping
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
- Comfortable with repetitive hand and arm movements
- Previous experience in shipping, warehousing, or distribution preferred
- Familiarity with shipping software and carrier systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
