We are currently seeking dependable Class A CDL Drivers to join our team. If you have experience hauling bulk commodities - or are eager to learn - we offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work with a company that values its employees.

What You'll Do

As a Company Driver, you will safely transport bulk commodities to destinations including:

  • Agricultural Co-ops
  • Feed Mills
  • Asphalt Plants
  • Quarries

Primary Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a semi-truck with a hopper bottom trailer.
  • Deliver loads according to scheduled routes while ensuring on-time service.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
  • Upload load and unload tickets using a smartphone app.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and incidents.
  • Follow all DOT regulations and traffic laws.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and fellow team members.
  • Sweep and wash out trailers after each load to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Minimum 23 years of age.
  • At least 3 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
  • Ability to pass required drug and alcohol screening.
  • Comfortable using a smartphone for texting, scanning documents, and mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of route planning and navigation systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Willingness to stay in the truck Monday through Friday.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous hopper bottom trailer experience is preferred but not required.
