Production Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Load, unload, and mask components onto the production line
- Pull parts and materials according to requests from assembly lines
- Remove completed parts and deliver parts and kits to specified departments
- Arrange parts on racks and place racks onto the assembly line conveyor
- Clean metal surfaces to remove contaminants such as grease and dust to ensure masking materials adhere properly
- Provide support throughout the production process as needed
- Utilize various materials and equipment required for assigned tasks
- Start and stop the production line when necessary
Production Associate Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Must be able to lift and carry parts weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
- Ability to safely handle parts of various sizes and weights
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to read and understand work instruction
