Location: Lawrence, KS
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Coningent (Part-Time, Potential Pathway for Hire)
Schedule: Part-time, 8am-12pm

What You’ll Do
+ Perform venipuncture and capillary collections with accuracy and confidence
+ Verify patient demographics and ensure proper specimen labeling in the patient’s presence
+ Prepare and process specimens according to established procedures
+ Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety and compliance standards
+ Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming, professional environment
+ Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection as required
+ Travel to and support multiple patient service centers or physician offices as needed
What We’re Looking For
+ A current, up-to-date resume
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
+ Strong customer service and communication skills
+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
+ Reliable transportation with flexibility to travel between locations
+ Keyboard/data entry proficiency
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
+ Ability to meet compliance requirements
