Advanced Automated Equipment Set-Up Operator
Immediate opportunities are available for talented Advanced Automated Set-Up Equipment Operators who want to become part of the Johnson Controls team. Operate, setup and troubleshoot equipment with automated transfer systems, CNC turrets, Laser cutters and automated bending cells.
What You’ll Do:

Troubleshoot setup related issues which may require frequent adjustments of settings, system parameters, load and edit programs and load and edit tool set-ups.

Perform die changeovers.

Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.

Perform quality checks to include first and last part inspection.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
