Job Title: Maintenance Tech (Facilities)

Location: Liberty, MO (near 210 & 291)

Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Pay: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

Job Description

LSI Staffing is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Tech.

In this role, you will assist in maintenance operations within a manufacturing or industrial facility, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and system-related work is completed safely and efficiently.

This is a direct hire opportunity, offering long-term stability and the chance to make an immediate impact.

You will work with a team to coordinate projects, and help keep the facility running smoothly to support production and safety goals. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ maintenance operations, ensuring timely completion of inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance

+ promoting safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including HVAC, low and high voltage electrical systems, and industrial machinery

+ Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose and resolve issues

+ Coordinate projects such as PLC upgrades, electrical panel installations, and automation improvements

+ Ensure compliance with all safety standards and protocols

+ Collaborate with management on facility improvements, energy efficiency, and operational strategies

Qualifications

+ Proven experience in facilities or industrial maintenance

+ Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, and electrical systems (low and high voltage)

+ Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and electrical troubleshooting

+ Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents

+ Familiarity with CMMS systems for maintenance tracking and planning

+ Strong project management and organizational skills

+ Excellent communication skills in English

+ Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
