Description: Summary:Labette Health is seeking a Rehab Aide to support our Outpatient Therapy team in providing outstanding patient care. This position plays an important role in helping maintain therapy flow, assisting therapists with non-clinical tasks, preparing treatment areas, and ensuring patients have a positive experience throughout their rehabilitation journey.

What You’ll Do- Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment between patient visits
- Assist therapists with patient flow and non-clinical support tasks
- Help transport or escort patients as needed
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of rehab areas
- Support scheduling, clerical, and front desk activities as needed
- Assist with monitoring exercise activities under therapist direction
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
- Help create a positive, encouraging therapy environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy environment
- Interest in healthcare or rehabilitation preferred
- Previous healthcare, fitness, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
