Job Description
Position Summary
Responsible for support to the Branch Manager. May also perform duties that are inherent to all supervisory positions.
Responsibilities
- Manages daily aspects of the departments and its staff to ensure projects are completed, goals and customer needs are being met.
- Monitors department performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Assists Branch Manager with delegation of assignments.
- Provide direction to staff.
- Liaise between the Branch Manager, customers, and employees.
- Attends training sessions and department meetings as requested.
