Job Description
Project Specialist – The Project Specialist works within the Operations Department to fill in when other staff are absent and covers departmental needs at several agency branch offices. Occasional travel between offices will be required. Work includes coverage at Front Desks to process phone calls, creating patient records, scheduling appointments, completing registration activities and entering data into the Electronic Health Record. Additionally, updating spreadsheets, filing, and special projects assigned by the agency will be required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with others is a must.
Hourly position: starting wage is $34,320/year, $16.50/hour.
