Job Description
- Perform general office duties and provide clerical support including, but not limited to answering phones/taking messages, word processing, directing customer inquiries, data entry, making signs/flyers, copying, scanning, maintaining electronic files, organizing, etc.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Assist facilities employees with procuring materials, equipment, etc.
- Assist Director and Coordinators with the day-to-day operations.
- Create work order requests.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Maintain documentation, maintenance, and testing of the following items: security & fire alarms, sprinkler systems, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, GFCI, and Fire Marshal inspections.
- Coordinate Surplus inventory.
- Oversee usage of HutchCC Credit cards.
- Provide high quality customer service and support for faculty, staff, students, venders, and other community members.
- Arrive on time for work, attend work regularly, and successfully complete the responsibilities of the position.
- Comply with HCC policies, procedures, and practices.
- Serve actively on campus committees.
Secondary -
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Facility Coordinators and Director of Facilities.
