Summary
The Plumber performs skilled technical work in the installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of domestic water systems, heating water systems, sanitary sewer systems, storm sewers, gas pipe, steam and condensate pipes and fire protection systems.
Preferred/Required Experiences:
- OSHA10 Certification
- Must have excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers
- Excellent attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong plumbing technical knowledge and must be quality driven
- Completion of a plumbing vocational/technical school or a recognized apprenticeship program or have a Journeyman Plumbing License
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining safe working conditions at all time.
- Regularly check systems to ensure proper operations.
- Inspect toilets, sinks, dishwashers, and other appliances for leaks.
- Responsible for repairing and replacing plumbing fixtures.
- Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems.
- Replace washers and rubber gaskets in faucets and shower heads.
- Locate and repair issues with water supply lines.
- Install and maintain water supply systems.
- Other duties assigned by leadership team.

Physical Demands:
