Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize estimating software to read and analyze construction drawings for accurate takeoff quantities
- Assist in preparing competitive estimates for both self-performed and subcontracted work
- Identifies risk items with project team
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Review subcontractor bids to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Manage pre-construction process from start to finish
- Manage bid process for both hard bid and negotiated projects
- Perform other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned by management to support The Law Company’s goals and objectives
