Job Description
Summary
The lead installer should be able to build ductwork of all shapes and sizes, read blueprints, understand
duct sizing calculations, and air flow requirements. Ability to wire primary and secondary controls. Use
proper welding, vacuum, recovery and nitrogen purging practices. Ability to lead, teach, & treat less
experienced technicians respectfully, fairly, and honestly. Pay is based upon knowledge, experience and certification.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct daily safety briefings.
- Maintain safe working conditions at all times.
- Maintain condition, functionality and use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
- Professionally install all types of HVAC equipment in residential and commercial customer applications
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all types of HVAC equipment.
- Look for opportunities to upgrade our customers to newer and more efficient equipment.
- Always keep the safety of yourself and coworkers first.
- Must be available to work after hours when needed.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Physical Demands:
- Standing, walking, bending, kneeling and/or sitting for long periods of time
- Climbing ladders to reach ceilings and other high objects
