Insight Global is looking to hire an HR Generalist to support one of our customers in the Leawood, KS area. This person will support the day-to-day HR operations of the business, including assisting with payroll, PTO tracking, and HRIS updates, as well as administering benefits and 401(k) enrollments. They will coordinate recruiting logistics such as interview scheduling and background checks while also executing onboarding and offboarding processes. The role will involve maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and internal trackers, along with supporting performance review cycles and ensuring deadlines are met. Additionally, they will help coordinate company events, employee surveys, and internal HR communications while contributing to overall culture and engagement initiatives.

Skills and Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, administrative, or operations support
- Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, or recruiting coordination
- Exposure to payroll, PTO tracking, or HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage recurring deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation – Experience administering benefits and/or 401(k) plans
- Experience supporting performance review cycles
- Experience maintaining HR reports, trackers, or documentation
- Experience coordinating company events, surveys, or employee engagement initiatives
- Interest in long-term career growth within Human Resources
