Construction Worker

Ultimate LLC is looking to hire Construction Workers for commercial projects in the Independence area. The pay range of a Construction Worker is $19 per hour based on experience. The majority of our position’s hours range from 45 to 50 hours a week. Construction Worker applicants must have a personal vehicle and be prepared for carpentry work up to 40+ hours a week. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all construction workers with no week in the hole.

Ultimate Construction Worker requirements

+ 1+ years of Construction or concrete experience

+ 18+ years of age

+ Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance

+ Working in a prefabricated concrete experience

+ Consistent hours available regardless of weather

+ Very Safety Conscious Environment

+ Asked to perform various labor or trained on more sophisticated aspects of the industry

+ Math, problem solving, and construction skills
