+ Strong Verbal and Nonverbal Communication Skills
+ Patience, a sense of humor, and a sincere desire to be of service to older adults
+ Ability to pass a background check including Criminal Background and motor vehicle history review.
+ Ability to provide both personal and companion care
+ Ability to be compassionate, patient, and understanding while supporting older adults ability to be autonomous
+ A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable automobile
+ Must have Dementia and Alzheimer experience.
