TIG Welder Location: Edwardsville, KSShift: 1st | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Inova Staffing is hiring TIG Welders for a growing manufacturing team in Edwardsville. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a positive, supportive environment where teamwork and growth are top priorities. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with assembly, manufacturing, and material handling tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and welding equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, safe, and team-ready workspace
- Follow instructions, meet production goals, and support team success
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Dependable, motivated, and committed to great attendance
- Ability to pass a weld test
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
