Description Position: IT Infrastructure Administrator
Location: Lenexa, KS – onsite
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 base + bonus + full benefits

- Serve as a key escalated support resource for onsite and remote users - Manage and support core infrastructure (servers, networks, switches, routers) - Administer Windows environments, users, and access - Support Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolutions - Partner on network upgrades, implementations, and modernization initiatives - Train users and enhance adoption of collaboration toolsWhat You Bring
- 3-5 years of IT support or system administration experience - Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows environment expertise - Solid networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills - Experience supporting both PC and Mac environments - Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google) is a plus - PowerShell or automation experience is a plus - Strong communication and problem-solving abilitiesThe Opportunity
