Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder/Fabricator to join our team. This role involves fabricating structural and miscellaneous steel components, performing welding tasks, and operating a variety of shop equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Fabricate steel structures and components based on blueprints and specifications
• Perform MIG and acetylene welding on various metal parts
• Operate fabrication equipment including saws, drills, and ironworkers
• Read and interpret blueprints and working drawings
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and productivity
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Knowledge of welding techniques, tools, materials, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using hand, power, and air tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and use sound judgment
• Willingness to learn through hands-on training and instruction

• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75+ lbs.) and push/pull heavy loads
• Capable of standing for extended periods and working in various positions (bending, kneeling, reaching, crouching)
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and at different heights
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and environments
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Pre-employment physical and drug screening required.

Compensation & Benefits:
