Job Description
The CareGiver is responsible for the direct personal care of Residents in the ComfortCare Homes. They will assure that all company policies and procedures, standard and Resident's rights are observed during his/her assignment in the home. The CareGiver will follow the directives of the Home Supervisor, as established by the Owner of the company and their Administrative team. These goals and objectives will promote the highest standards of quality, while meeting all local, state and federal regulations.
A ComfortCare Home CareGiver is more than a certified aide, but an individual that enjoys creating and keeping a comfortable home that promotes a home-like atmosphere for the Residents. A ComfortCare Home CareGiver does more than administer medications, but enjoys cooking, cleaning and caring for the home as well as its occupants. A ComfortCare Home CareGiver is the keystone to the care we provide.
