Position Overview: As the Ready Mix Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our ready-mix concrete operations. This includes managing the production process, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, optimizing efficiency, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of the ready mix plant operations, ensuring seamless production and delivery of high-quality concrete products.
• Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of operators, drivers, and support staff, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to guarantee the consistency and quality of the ready-mix concrete products.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee routine maintenance schedules for plant equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, keeping abreast of industry changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Inventory Management: Manage raw material inventories to meet production demands while minimizing waste and excess stock.
• Customer Relations: Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client requirements, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ready-mix concrete operations a plus
• Strong understanding of industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
