Job Description
Job Summary:This role requires someone who is administratively proficient, highly organized, and confident working with Microsoft 365 applications—especially Excel. Clear communication, strong follow-through, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
Duties/Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:
- Enter, review, and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets, systems, and internal records
- Create and manage reports using Excel and other Microsoft 365 tools
- Support document preparation, file management, and internal process tracking
- Route communications appropriately and follow up on outstanding items
- Assist with digital filing and general administrative tasks
- Proactively identify ways to improve workflow – Looking for someone who brings ideas
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, quality, shipping) to ensure customer needs are met
- Track and follow up on customer requests to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and interactions
Contract Administration Support:
- Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of customer contracts
- Track contract requirements, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required contract information
- Assist with contract modifications, renewals, and closeout activities
- Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or contract support role preferred
- Competent in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word; SharePoint a plus)
- Solid Excel skills: filtering, formulas, formatting, etc.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Highly organized and dependable
