Assembler
Location: Edwardsville, KS
Shift: 1st | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $17.50/hour to start | Weekly Pay | Overtime Available
Inova Staffing is hiring Assemblers for a growing manufacturing team in Edwardsville!

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with assembly, manufacturing, machine operating, and material handling tasks
- Safely operate basic hand tools and equipment
- Load, unload, and organize materials and finished products
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow instructions and meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Previous experience using impact wrenches and basic hand tools
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
