Job Description
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility transfers, including the use of assistive devices.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
- Light housekeeping, including laundry and tidying up living areas.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with medication reminders (as directed by the care plan)
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
