Job Description
Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, Overtime 2-3 Fridays a month

You’ll play a key role in inspections, documentation review, identifying quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts while working alongside a collaborative production team. Quality Inspector Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Audit inspection paperwork for accuracy and completion
- Provide recommendations for documentation updates and process improvements
- Identify and report gaps between documented work instructions, BOMs, and actual work practices
- Promote compliance with company quality policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department
- Conduct in-process inspections throughout production
- Complete finished product inspections prior to shipment (not allowed to sign off)
- Review and verify Document History Records for completeness before releasing products for shipment
- Assist with product builds as needed and maintain understanding of the production process
- Identify nonconforming products and ensure proper quarantine and control procedures are followed according to SOPs
Quality Inspector Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of quality inspection experience in a fast-paced production environment
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Work performed in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with some exposure to outdoor conditions
- Frequent standing, bending, stooping, and lifting required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to present information effectively to a diverse audience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
