About the Role As a General Laborer, you will support construction crews with a variety of physically active job duties in outdoor environments and all weather conditions. This role provides the opportunity to develop practical construction skills while working alongside experienced team members on a variety of projects.

What You'll Do

• Perform general labor duties including shoveling, hammering, sweeping, and clean-up
• Assist with measuring, marking, and cut-off sawing
• Help maintain tools and equipment
• Support crews with daily construction site tasks
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Travel to job sites as needed throughout the year

What You Bring

• Some high school education or less preferred
• Previous construction experience is helpful but not required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor

Schedule & Pay

• Full-Time
• Average 43.6 hours weekly
• Monday–Friday with rare weekends
• $25/hour
