We will train you the Take 5 way. This program has been designed to accelerate you into the Shop Manager position. Our employees are successful with all backgrounds and experience levels. Take 5 offers a stay-in-your-car hassle-free oil change experience. The job is similar to a restaurant or retail environment. We will train any person that is motivated and has a strong work ethic. Automotive experience is not required. All types of experience will be considered.
What Would I Do?
- Help customers select the best oil for their vehicle
- Perform the oil change
- Replace air filters and wiper blades
- Coolant exchanges
- Ensure our customers come back every time
