Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

Pick Module Picker Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Accurately pick orders assigned within a specified zone of the Pick Module
- Read and interpret product locations using the Lightning Pick Module system
- Identify and verify box labels based on priority identification codes, ensuring accuracy in product labels, numbers, and SKU descriptions
- Package and prepare items for shipment according to company standards and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following 6S workplace safety policies
- Assist with inventory management by reporting discrepancies and ensuring product accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety protocols
- Work as a team member and participate in cross-training for additional tasks within the Pick Module
Pick Module Picker Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods
- Frequent lifting, carrying, and handling of products up to 50 pounds
- Bending, reaching, twisting, and stooping to retrieve and pack products
- Manual dexterity is required for handling small items and operating warehouse tools
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and environments
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting
- Experience in warehouse operations or order fulfillment preferred
- Ability to read and understand product labels, SKUs, and pick locations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work requirements
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and best practices
