Job Description

Adecco is recruiting an Executive Assistant on a part-time basis for a client located in Newton, KS. This position will work directly under the CEO/President in the healthcare industry. This position starts ASAP and is a 90 day temporary position.

Work Schedule: 3 days per week

Hourly Pay: $25 to $35 DOE

Overview:

The selected candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO/President.

Key responsibilities include calendar management, handling confidential information, acting as a liaison to the board, and assisting with presentations.

Requirements:

+ Minimum 3 – 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level leaders

+ Microsoft Office proficiency with specific use of Word and PowerPoint

+ Excellent organizational and time-management skills

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters and information

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
