Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism and warmth
- Accurately quote jobs, process orders, and communicate timelines clearly
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on schedule
- Proactively resolve customer questions or concerns with problem-solving and integrity
- Maintain detailed records and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Support a positive team environment and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and a positive, can-do attitude
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, and order-entry systems)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused shop environment
- Alignment with Honor’s core values of honesty, respect, and accountability
- Previous customer service or order-processing experience is required
