Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism and warmth
  • Accurately quote jobs, process orders, and communicate timelines clearly
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on schedule
  • Proactively resolve customer questions or concerns with problem-solving and integrity
  • Maintain detailed records and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Support a positive team environment and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, and order-entry systems)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused shop environment
  • Alignment with Honor’s core values of honesty, respect, and accountability
  • Previous customer service or order-processing experience is required
