Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and support office functions to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Provide clerical and administrative assistance to staff and management as needed
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Track and update company calendars and schedules
- Foster strong customer relationships by delivering empathetic, timely, and effective service
- Process customer orders, applications, and account setups
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer interactions and issue resolution
- Perform other duties as assigned

Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in office administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and standard business equipment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer
- Ability to walk long distances and navigate stairs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and delegating when appropriate
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment
