About This Role
This role is primarily focused on the customer service aspects across all of ORA.
Worksite Description
This position is On-site.
All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybrid work opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and seven years of relevant experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of work experience and education.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in higher education specific to recruitment, admissions, enrollment management or student affairs.
- Supervision experience of student staff and/or professional staff
- Social and communication skills and the ability to engage with others of a wide array of experiences and backgrounds
- Possess a high energy level and be able to work under strict deadlines.
- Strong ability to lead, multitask and stay organized; exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, team player with a commitment to a high standard of excellence.
- Demonstrated proficiency with technology including Customer Relationship
- Management tool (experience with Technolutions Slate or Salesforce is helpful),
- Student Information System such as PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office, efficient use of email, etc.
