Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- First point of contact for attendees, ensuring smooth check-in and badge distribution.
- Check in guests, print badges, assist with ticket issues, answer questions, and direct attendees.
- Create a friendly first impression and help attendees navigate the event.
- Greet guests, give directions, answer basic questions, support crowd flow, and promote engagement.
- Manage attendance tracking for sessions, meetings, and roundtables.
- Scan badges, track attendance, assist with seating, manage flow, and report issues.
- Support speakers to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
- Welcome speakers, verify schedules, coordinate timing, maintain lounge, and assist with needs.
- Handle merchandise distribution and swag redemption.
- Distribute items, track inventory, maintain displays, assist attendees with redemption.
