Job Description
Position Summary:
A Data Entry Clerk at Air Capital Interiors is primarily responsible for inputting, managing, and maintaining various types of data within the company's systems. This includes tasks like updating records, managing files, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness. The role often involves working with technical documentation, product lifecycle management (PLM) systems, and other relevant databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Input: Accurately entering data into computer systems, databases, and other relevant platforms.
- Data & Inventory Management: Organizing, maintaining, and updating records and files, including electronic document management.
- Data Verification: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entered into systems.
- System Navigation: Proficiency in using various software and systems for data entry and management.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of all data.
- Communication: Communicating with other departments or personnel regarding data-related issues or updates.
- Compliance: Complies with all safety, 5S, and housekeeping policies.
