Job Description

The Administrative Assistant for Deployment will provide essential support to the deployment team and our customers by handling functions to ensure scheduling and readiness for all projects. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient project installation and customer satisfaction, contributing to the organization's overall success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Scheduling
    • Collaborate with departments to coordinate project scheduling and availability.
  • Restaurant Readiness Coordination
    • Work closely with the ECMs and restaurant owners to ensure readiness, confirm all project requirements, and finalize schedule dates.
  • Project Scope Analysis
    • Review layout drawings to determine the project scope
  • Technical Assistance
    • Provide technical guidance and detailed scope of work to ECMs and owners via phone and email for assigned projects.
  • Collaboration
    • Assist other departments as needed or when requested to support broader team objectives.
    • Other duties as assigned or requested
  • Working Conditions:

    • Ability to sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer.
    • Occasional lift and move items up to 25 lbs.
    • This position typically operates in a professional office environment.
    • Regular hours, with occasional overtime during peak periods or special projects.
