Hours: 5:00am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday

Rework Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Measure and inspect U-bolts to verify correct dimensions and specifications
- Identify non-conforming parts and perform necessary rework adjustments
- Parts that pass inspection are placed into the designated Gaylord container
- Parts that do not meet specifications are placed into a separate Gaylord
- Operate a bandsaw and other shop equipment as needed
- Follow work orders, blueprints, and production guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Rework Requirements:
- Ability to stand for 10 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds consistently
- Ability to handle metal parts throughout the shift
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise measuring and inspection
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and machinery
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or work instructions
- Comfortable operating machinery such as a bandsaw
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
