Job Description
We are a fast-paced, patient-focused periodontal specialty practice seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in helping patients understand and move forward with recommended treatment—while delivering an exceptional, high-touch experience.
No prior dental experience required, we are willing to train the right person.
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine ability to connect with people.
What You’ll Do
- Guide patients through treatment recommendations with clarity and confidence
- Present treatment plans, financial options, and scheduling timelines
- Help patients overcome barriers (including insurance concerns)
- Coordinate scheduling for surgical and periodontal procedures
- Communicate closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless care
- Follow up with unscheduled treatment and maintain strong case acceptance
- Maintain accurate documentation in our practice management system
