We are currently seeking an experienced Controls Account Manager to join our Wichita, KS team!

 

The right candidate will have DDC controls knowledge, sales experience, as well as commercial mechanical experience related to proper controls installation is preferred. This individual will be responsible to oversee all DDC sales activities throughout our entire region. This person is highly motivated and looking to grow the division while managing quality and consistency of products and services in accordance with Central Consolidated’s standards providing the customer with an exceptional experience. Job Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company’s DDC control products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify potential DDC sales targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify DDC controls sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Prepare DDC controls presentations, proposals, and sales contracts as needed.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current DDC controls product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and lunch & learns.

 

Physical Demands: The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop; kneel, and crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust and focus. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme temperatures.
