Assistant Director of Nursing/MDS Assessment Coordinator

The ADON/MDS Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of care, and providing leadership and guidance to the nursing team.
Additionally, the ADON/MDS Coordinator is responsible for the direction, coordination, and outcomes of the coordinating process from admission to discharge. You will oversee and maintain the assessment process and assist in the supervision of care and may provide direct care as needed.
- Current Kansas state license as a RN (preferred) or LPN
- Knowledge of state and local regulations regarding long term care
- MDS experience
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications preferred
