As a Flagger / Traffic Control Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient work zones for our crews and the public. Key Responsibilities
- Direct and control traffic in and around construction sites, ensuring safety for workers, motorists, and pedestrians.
- Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices and signage according to established safety standards.
- Operate communication and signaling equipment to coordinate movement and relay information among team members.
- Monitor work zones for potential hazards and proactively report safety concerns to supervisors.
- Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to support project goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Participate in regular safety training and adhere to all company and regulatory guidelines.
