Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position will assist in the activities of maintenance, repairs, and installation of all items of general makeup using two or more technical maintenance skills in compliance with applicable codes.
General Job Duties:
- Communicates effectively
- Assist in the installation and maintenance for Buildings, grounds, and machinery.
- Analyzing down equipment and specify repair parts to be ordered.
- Keep focus as a team member.
Specific Job Duties:
1. Maintain required repair logs on all equipment maintained per federal, state, and company requirements.
2. Make use of a pro-active approach to problem resolution by using preventative maintenance techniques.
3. Drive and maintain forklifts, man lifts, and pick-ups.
4. Utilize welding and cutting torch to complete projects.
5. Utilize hand tools and power tools and other special equipment to complete projects.
6. Assist in the installation and maintenance for all Haven Steel buildings, grounds, and machinery.
7. Analyze down equipment and specify repair parts to be ordered
