Job Description
Material Handler – Plant Admin Department
Qualifications:
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions
- Ability to assess priorities in a time sensitive environment
- Work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
- Ability to operate a forklift and obtain Harper Industries and OSHA Certifications
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Able to lift 50+ lbs.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and transport inventory and raw materials to fabrication, weld, paint, and final assembly
- Stock shelves with parts and whole goods
- Utilize Syteline to perform duties and processing
- Communicate with supervisors any shortages or potential shortages
- Ability to identify defective parts
- Assist in packaging kits, building hydraulic hoses, and assembling valve tanks
- Assist with cycle counting
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform all other duties as assigned

Schedule/Salary
40+ hour work week
Overtime approved by supervisor
Some Saturday work required
Reports to: Warehouse Manager, with oversight from Receiving Lead
