Position Summary

A Sales Executive at Prime Craftsman Homes Wichita is not just a sales role—it is a

strategic growth role.

This position is responsible for keenly understanding:

  • Why modular homes are superior to traditional stick-built construction
  • Why Prime Craftsman Homes’ modular solution is differentiated and superior to other modular builders
  • Why PCH modular homes are uniquely qualified to provide a fresh answer to a housing crisis that only recently felt hopelessly out of reach

You will identify, validate, and penetrate multiple market segments, building a robust sales pipeline while helping determine where PCH should focus commercial efforts. Over time, this role has the opportunity to select and specialize in a preferred market segment, becoming the internal expert and growth driver for that vertical.

You will work closely with the Chief Market Officer and collaborate across the full management team—Operations, Plant, Finance, and Field Services—to ensure opportunities are properly scoped, priced, and executed.

Market Segments & Focus Areas

The Sales Executive will actively pursue and develop opportunities across the following

segments:

1. Rural Markets

  • Considerable travel throughout Kansas
  • Strong focus on:
    • Reinvestment Housing Incentive Districts (RHID)
    • State and local tax credits
  • Educating municipalities and stakeholders on modular affordability and speed

2. Local Developers

  • Primary focus on south-central Kansas, including Wichita
  • Deep understanding of:
    • The real estate development process
    • Timelines, entitlement, and infrastructure requirements
  • Ability to cost PCH models accurately and collaborate with internal teams on feasibility

3. Mobile Home Parks

  • Target parks requiring or desiring full redevelopment or revitalization
  • Heavy emphasis on:
    • Engineering coordination
    • Site planning and phasing
    • Long-term affordability strategies

4. Not-for-Profit Organizations

  • Organizations seeking:
    • Shelter
    • Transitional, Permanent Supportive, and Independent Living with Supportive Housing
    • Workforce housing
  • Mission-aligned conversations centered on dignity and affordability

5. Owner-Occupied Customers

  • Farmers and ranchers
  • Individual homeowners
  • Web-generated leads
  • Model home inventory and buyer engagement

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and clearly articulate the advantages of modular construction over stick- built housing
  • Communicate PCH’s unique points of differentiation versus other modular builders
  • Identify, qualify, and advance prospects across multiple market segments
  • Build, manage, and mature a strong sales pipeline
  • Use Salesforce to manage opportunities, forecasting, and activity in collaboration with the CMO
  • Work closely with operations, plant leadership, and field services to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and timelines
  • Help shape go-to-market strategies by validating demand, pricing sensitivity, and segment viability
  • Represent Prime Craftsman Homes with credibility, empathy, and professionalism
