Responsibilities and Expectations

Key Responsibilities
• Loan Quality Review Team Tasks, including post close review of all loan types including consumer, commercial, and Agricultural loans
• Build loan exceptions in our loan exception tracking system
• Working to continually develop and improve internal procedures
• Assist collateral reviews and audits
• Assist in activities related to file management; document scanning, file building, exception clearing and vault filing & audits
• Exhibit exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Perform other duties as assigned or required

Compliance/Regulation: Responsible for following all aspects of Bank Policy’s including but not limited to, Equity Bank Business Ethic and Conduct policy, and Bank Secrecy Act, and completing all required Compliance Course work.
