Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
Join our team as a Picking and Packing Associate and play a key role in getting products out the door accurately and on time. In this fast-paced warehouse environment, you’ll stay active while picking, packing, and preparing orders with precision and care. Picking & Packing Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Pick customer orders accurately based on order tickets or RF scanning systems
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit while meeting company standards
- Ensure all orders are completed and ready to ship by the expected ship date
- Assist with receiving and processing returns or inbound items within designated timeframes
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked pack stations (boxes, tape, packing materials, etc.)
- Report order discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues to a supervisor
- Work with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
- Assist with general warehouse tasks, including restocking supplies and organizing work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Help ensure work areas are properly cleaned and secured at the end of each shift
Picking & Packing Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and repetitive motion
- Manual dexterity for handling packages and packing materials
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures (hot and cold environments)
- Visual ability to read labels, tickets, and ensure order accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
