Description: Support the growth of the business by integrating data and analytics into marketing strategy and execution and assist in interpreting client needs by developing strategic, goal-oriented plans and data science solutions. Applies knowledge of data science techniques and methodologies to contribute to client strategies and approaches that align with business and brand goals. Communicates technical and complex ideas effectively in writing and presentations tailored to audiences with varying levels of marketing or analytics experience which will be achieved through collaboration with other team members to ensure strategic direction aligns with business objectives and project goals. Builds and maintains relationships with internal teams, external partners, and clients based on mutual respect and trust. Support the Marketing Intelligence team by applying best practices and learnings to ongoing projects. Supports the integration of data and analytics into marketing strategies and execution plans and assist in interpreting client needs to develop actionable, data-driven solutions. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to execute projects that align with client objectives while applying best practices and learnings to ensure high-quality project outcomes. Reviews team deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with business goals and support timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards. Identifies workflow and process gaps, offering improvement recommendations to senior team members. Builds and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors. Assists in preparing and delivering clear, concise presentations of technical and complex ideas to diverse audiences.  Mentor junior team members, providing guidance to enhance their skills and professional development. Supports project profitability by contributing to resource planning, estimation, and efficient allocation of time and effort. Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. 100% Telecommuting. Occasional travel to Eversana offices for meetings.
