*The position will float between LS Industries and Winona Van Norman offices*

SUMMARY

Perform electrical duties necessary for wiring and installation of electrical components onto machines under the direction of the Head Electrician.

THE FOLLOWIING ESSENTIALS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION: May be assigned other duties as required or needed

· Run conduit and pull wire based on provided machine blue prints and schematics

· Install motors, sensors, and other electrical components per machine specs.

· Proper tear-down of motors, sensors, and other electrical components for shipping purposes

· Knowledge of single and three phase AC and DC motor controls and electrical schematics

· Have experience with voltage between 24V and 600V and the ability to distinguish between different voltage levels

· Have a good work ethic and take pride in one’s work

· Have the ability to use general tooling and equipment

REQUIREMENTS:

· Electrician: 1-2 years (Required)

· Must have some experience with NEC codes

· Have the ability to work on, in, around, or under equipment as necessary to perform duties. Climb ladders, work platforms, etc.

· Have the ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: 6am – 4:30pm
