Job Description
Position Objective
This position ensures the quality of products through thorough assessment and analyses using specific
procedural standards for integrity.
Essential Functions

Performs inspections of company products to determine conformance with specifications.
Utilizes precision measurement equipment.
Processes associated documentation, including process tags, rework tags and non-conforming
material documents.
Works under direct supervision and in accordance with instructions and techniques.
Performs inspections, as well as In-Process, Receiving and Final inspections of parts and
assemblies in accordance with applicable Engineering criteria, documents and drawings.
Create and Complete First Article Inspection Reports per customer’s requirements.
Performs inspections using coordinate measuring machine (CMM).
Performs functional testing of assemble units.
Coordinates calibration activities and maintain records of various tools, instruments and gauges
used for Product acceptance or Verification/Validation.
Assists Engineering and Operations in the investigation of non-conformities.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment by following guidelines and procedures, and
complying with all applicable regulations.
