Job Description
The Production Supervisor - Assembly is responsible for leading the daily manufacturing operations of the Assembly Department in alignment with XLT's Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS) standards.
This leader directs Team Leaders and Team Members to ensure production schedule are met, quality standards are upheld, and continuous improvement principles are practiced. The Production Supervisor drives culture, accountability, lean execution, and workforce development while maintaining alignment with XLT's Quality Management System.
