Position Summary:

Martin K. Eby Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Concrete Form Carpenter to join our team.

Position Requirements

Essential Functions:

1. Build, set, align, and strip concrete forms for footings, walls, slabs, sidewalks, and structural components
2. Accurately measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal forming systems
3. Operate hand and power tools including jackhammers, saws, grinders, tampers, and sledgehammers
4. Maintain a clean and safe job site
5. Follow all OSHA and Eby Construction safety policies

Requirements:

1. 1–3+ years of concrete form carpentry experience preferred
2. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
3. Strong understanding of layout and elevations
4. Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
5. Comfortable working outdoors in Kansas weather
6. Reliable transportation to Wichita-area job sites
7. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team mindset

Working Conditions:

1. Frequent climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and overhead work
2. Constant reaching, gripping, lifting, and use of hand tools
3. Frequent use of vibratory tools
4. Frequent work at heights
5. Constant exposure to outdoor weather conditions
6. Ability to lift:
7. 0–25 lbs: Constantly
8. 25–75 lbs: Frequently
9. Required PPE: Work boots, safety glasses, and hard hat at all times

Additional Requirements:
